John Degory has over 25 years of strategic and tactical global senior management experience with companies such as Texas Instruments, SSI Knowledge Center, Cyrusoft International, and Dormont Technologies just to name a few. He has held many roles including Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice President, and Director while building a paradigm shift in cultures and affecting change through his extensive startup and large business turnaround expertise. John learned his solid values and exemplary ethics early on by becoming an Eagle Scout and later by Graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Economics. John also gives back to the community by volunteering his time at various organizations including the Global Trade Institute Programming Committee, coaching the student speakers for the Annual Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout Program, the Greater Pittsburgh Boy Scouts Council Board, and the Pittsburgh Regional Business Coalition for Homeland Security as a Board Member.

Jane Degory is a forward-thinking senior leader with over 20 years experience in global business development, sales, marketing, consulting, project & product management, systems thinking, organizational change, and managerial decision-making. Jane has held many senior roles over the years with companies such as Texas Instruments, Delta Education, School Specialty, Carnegie Learning and Digital Equipment. Jane graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Management from the University of Phoenix and also summa cum laude with a BS in Business Management. Jane volunteers her time teaching interviewing and life skills to Florida's Broward County high school seniors and adult learners and is also a trustee at the Gladden United Presbyterian Church. She is a member of the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA), the Pennsylvania Science Teachers Association (PSTA), the Science Teachers Association of New York State (STANYS), the National Council of the Teachers of Math (NCTM), and Science Education Council of Ohio (SECO).
